We begin with an introductory meeting to understand your vision, goals, budget, timeline, and site constraints. This is where we listen, ask questions, and establish the foundation of the project.

We conduct a thorough site survey to gather accurate measurements, assess topography, and understand any physical constraints. Alongside this, we review planning regulations, zoning, environmental factors, and technical considerations. This stage ensures your vision is practical, buildable, and fully informed by the realities of the site.

We collect everything discussed so far, including all our measurements, notes, and discussions with the client, and we develop a Concept Design showing you a render of how our shared vision can come to life. This is a very exciting step, and it gives everyone a chance to process the changes visually and see what the possibilities are.

The approved concept is refined into a coordinated architectural design. We resolve spatial planning, structure, materials, and building systems to ensure the design is both beautiful and buildable.

This is where the build begins, we assign members of our Millard Build team with specialized skills in each stage of the build, to ensure the person on site is always the best person for the job. We plan our team’s schedule carefully to ensure things develop smoothly, and we will relay all of this information to you as the project progresses.
