This project was a complete garden and swimming pool transformation, designed to maximise both function and atmosphere within an approx. 90m² space.
The design demonstrates how thoughtful layout and proportion can make a compact garden feel significantly larger. Full hardwood decking was used to unify the space, creating strong visual flow around the pool and into the surrounding zones.
A carefully considered planting scheme softens the structure and brings movement, texture and seasonal interest throughout the garden.
The build involved significant drainage and engineering works to accommodate a fully heated swimming pool, ensuring long-term performance without compromising the design. Alongside this, we designed and constructed a bespoke timber-frame pool house and garden room, providing both practical storage and a relaxed retreat overlooking the water.
A fully equipped garden kitchen and living walls further enhance the sense of luxury, turning the garden into a true outdoor living space rather than a single-use pool area.
Designed and delivered in Bristol, this was a full garden and pool design package, a beautifully crafted project that brought the garden completely to life and proves that scale is defined by design, not square metres.
